Percepta has recently issued a new Discussion Paper entitled 'Successful IT Projects - The Need for Planning'. The Paper aims to raise awareness of the “softer” issues surrounding IT projects, by posing a series of questions and possible courses of action for the reader to consider. Due to the specific nature of each and every project, it is not feasible to address every possible requirement or option within this document, however, it is hoped that the topics covered will provide a basis for further consideration and planning.
