Percepta Consulting is one of the UK's leading independent business and communications consultancies, offering a broad range of business and technology lead services and solutions since 1992.

We believe in "adding value" where it is best "added", by adopting a modular approach to assignments, which ensures that our clients retain full control of the scope and cost of any consultancy or project management support. We strongly avoid the classic "borrow your watch..." approach to consultancy!

Our advice is totally impartial and borne out of our extensive practical experience within the communications industry, as well as the experienced gained from working with diverse range of public and private sector clients.

Business process reviews, customer relationship management and change management have always formed part of our portfolio of services, based on our belief that effective communication management begins with an understanding of business imperatives.
